Got it to pop off a few times since the motor was flooded. Going to put the other carb back on along with the tank. Kicking it seems to help too. Got the air out of the oil pump so I’m running straight fuel tomorrow after she’s all back together. Thanks for everyone’s help

Yes I’ve had a few that wouldn’t start cold on electric… This one does. Clean armature and change brushes. I think I have fuel in belly of the beast. Held it wide open and sprayed starting fluid 4 times and finally started for 10 seconds. Now charging battery and will turn fuel on. May have found the solution

Man, I replied in the comment and my whole answer got deleted… I replaced the carb with a $30 cheapie carb which sent the motor into sucking air to 5K and blew crank seals. So from there, I had my old one rebuilt, and by Dan Ruesch in CA. Then I replaced crank seals. Still motor just turns… I use electric start because I keep the battery full with a maintainer. The battery really spins the electric start we’ll. I had another original carb so in moved a few jets around and tried it. Same results as other carb. Plug is still dry. Baffled

Update…. Changed carbs, rubber and jets to another identical carb. Same issue… no fuel at plug, engine just turns… So between carb and plug must be an issue… I inspected the reeds as a friend did also and they look fine… I redid the bore piston rings and it goes up and down as it should…. Lol

I charge the battery each time I make changes and then try starting… All rubber and jets are mikuni new. I’ve bought fixed and sold 4 of these bikes in dt125, at2 and 3 and never had these issues.
