There is no part number for these. They were installed at the factory and no replacement was made. These decals are used on the 1978 Yamaha DT250E/DT400E/DT250F. They were also used on other various models in that era such as the IT series, please do your research to confirm fit. These are a new replica of the factory decal.  You will receive one for the left side, and one for the right side. The price includes sales tax.
