6 clutch damper rear wheel - direction of installation

I´m thinking of the direction to install the 6 clutch damper of the rear wheel. Does it matter what direction the rounded corner be installed?

The Yamaha service manual does not mention a correct, or incorrect, way of installing them . . . So apparently, ... it doesn't matter.
