DT 250 C in Europe

Hi everyone,

Last month I picked up a DT 250 C here in Europe. I believe it’s a US model because the VIN starts with 450. However, my DT is blue. I’ve read that the DT 250 C was also available in blue, but I’m not sure if the US version came in that color. Maybe someone here knows more about it?

The bike is mostly original. The only parts missing are the mirror, the front brake cable guide on the front fork, and the original rear shocks.

You can also see on the fuel tank that there used to be some lettering or a decal that said “Pretty Diamond.” Does anyone know if that was an original dealer decal or something added by a previous owner?

Thanks in advance for any information!

Thanks for posting the pictures. If you could take a picture of the VIN number that is stamped into the metal frame that would help identify it because the European bikes had a special Asterix next to it and the US models never had that mark.
