New Members: Introduction
Hello and welcome!
My Name is Devin. I designed and maintain this website. It is for everyone to talk and share information, about Yamaha 2 strokes. It is mainly focused on Yamaha Enduros, but all Yamaha 2 strokes are welcome.
I have gasoline running thru my veins. I bought my first Yamaha Enduro when I was 16 years old. I currently own 175+ Yamaha Enduros. Yes, it is a real sickness! but it is better then being addicted to drugs or alcohol! š
I served 20 years in the Air Force. During that time, I deployed 8 times. I was a vehicle mechanic, and technical school instructor, teaching students, on vehicle maintenance. Now that I am retired, I can fully dedicate my time and attention to vintage Yamaha 2 Strokes.
My favorite model is the 1970 Yamaha CT1B. I love them so much, I have 17 of them. I look forward to hearing from fellow Enduroholics!
Like you I am addicted to Yamaha Two-strokes, only I am partial to the IT's. I love the enduros but only had one . A '72 360, great bike and I wish I still had it. I have owned eight IT's and currently have a '80 IT425 and a '77 IT400. Overall I have owned 43 bikes and there is 8 in my garage now. I understand the "sickness". There is no cure.
