1969 Yamaha AT1 125 Enduro: Price

I am in the market for this bike and know someone who will be restoring it and listing it for sale in a few months. My name is on the list. What would be a reasonable price to pay for a bike like this?

I have a 1970 AT1 that I’m just finishing. It’s yellow and its refurbished from the frame up. Everything works and runs like a champ. The oil pump is out being rebuilt now which is the last thing to be done besides one sticker. It really turned out nice. Paint on the tank is original as is the seat cover. New tires , top end , cables ect. I’ll either put it up for auction or sell for $3500.
