Designed by Yamaha engineers for a long, care free life, and with perfect leak free sealing .

They feature:

1. SW type design ... "dual" - "spring tensioned" lips

 2. Full floating design, allows sealing even with badly worn bearings, and poor installation alignment.

 3. Teflon impregnated lip, for longer then normal wear life.

I've yet to find a modern seal that incorporates all three of these features
