A little over twenty years ago, I purchased a huge lot of about 300 vintage Metzeler dirt bike tires during a motorcycle warehouse sell off. All of the more popular 18" & 21" diameter tires are gone now, but I still have quite a few 19" tires left in two different styles ... some knobbies and some Trials/Enduro patterned treads.

These tires where very popular back in the 1960's , on sidecars and desert racers ... bikes like ... BSA / Norton / Triumph / Matchless / Greeves, and the like.

Any how, I want to just clear them out and be done with them.

I will sell the 4.00x19 trials tread tires for $7 a piece, and the 3.25x19 knobbies for $10 each

Folks have fitted the 3.25x19 knobbies on the larger bore Yamaha Enduro models, and reported up to 4,000 mile tread life were obtained. The rubber is still good, however, just because these tires are rather old, I make no guarantees as to the life expectancy or safety of these tires.

I recommend they only be used on show or display bikes.

I'll upload pictures of the tread patterns within the next couple of weeks.
