Hello guys! I´m currently building up a DT 360A. The foto shows the actual piston. Can anybody check the codes? Is there another size available? If not I have to look for another cylinder :(

Dear Dave, sounds interesting. But is the cylinder able to work with this bore fine? Any experience? I have a specialist for regular drilling cylinders. Do you think it‘s a problem for him or is it daily work?
I use to have a cylinder boring business, and have helped many hundreds of people rebuild their two stroke top ends .... including dozens of DT360 cylinders.
Personally, I've never seen or heard of a problem boring these up to 82mm
I've only recently heard (on another site) one guy claiming anything larger then 80.75mm could be too much.
I can not guarantee someone else's work, but if the piston to cylinder clearance is finished to .0016 of a inch, I would not be worried.
Hello Gerry, and welcome to our forum.
Your piston is 81.00 mm, or ... a Yamaha 4th oversize
Normally, this is considered the last size . . . BUT
I have a "Extra LARGE" size piston for your DT360A which is 81.50mm
